Trading, deposits, and withdrawals for RNDR, FTM, MKR, VIRTUAL, INJ, and BIO will be temporarily disabled starting September 30, 2026 while we complete a token upgrade or network migration for each asset. Service is expected to resume by October 13, 2026. No customer action is required — balances will be migrated automatically.
Token upgrades:
- RNDR (Ethereum) upgrades to RENDER (Solana) - FTM (Ethereum) upgrades to S (Sonic) - MKR (Ethereum) upgrades to SKY (Ethereum)
Network migrations:
- VIRTUAL migrates from Ethereum to Base - INJ migrates from Ethereum to Injective - BIO migrates from Solana to Ethereum
RNDR and FTM were converted 1:1, MKR was upgraded to SKY at Sky's rate in effect at the time of migration, which reflects their upgrade penalty. You can check the rate that applied on Sky's upgrade page.
Important: Deposit addresses are changing. If you've saved your old deposit address for any of these on another exchange, wallet, or app, check the deposit page for the correct address and update it before your next deposit — sending funds to the old address may result in loss of funds.
Availability of assets and trading pairs may vary by region and legal entity, subject to local regulatory requirements and company policy.
